When you arrive for the site inspection, Maroota Greens will review your employment terms and conditions, including your pay rate. Your job abilities will determine your pay and prior working history. Through the Supported Employment Service Award, we provide desirable wage rates.

Maroota Greens is dedicated to the security and welfare of our esteemed customers and employees. Our teams have access to a First Aid Officer at each location and have received Work Health and Safety (WHS) training. We frequently evaluate the sites for WHS and prioritize creating safe working conditions at all times.

A School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program is provided by Maroota Greens Employment Services to help individuals with disabilities aged 16 and older transition from school to employment. To acquire confidence in a work environment, however, if you are a student with a handicap between the ages of 16 and 18 who are presently enrolled in school, be sure to look into our School Work Experience program.
